Indonesia has officially launched a new mobile application called ‘All Indonesia’, designed to simplify entry procedures for international travelers, including tourists, according to reporting from Antara News.
The initiative is part of broader efforts to enhance the arrival experience and promote seamless travel.
“This app will make it easier and more comfortable for visitors to enjoy Indonesia’s stunning nature and rich culture,” said Tourism Minister Widiyanti Putri Wardhana on Wednesday (3/9/25.)
The app integrates arrival declarations from four government agencies: Immigration, Customs, Health, and Quarantine.
Antara News says the app is already available for use and will become mandatory starting September 1, 2025, at three major international airports: Soekarno-Hatta (Banten, near Jakarta), Ngurah Rai (Bali), and Juanda (East Java).
It will also be required at six international seaports in Batam, Riau Islands: Batam Center, Nongsa, Marina, Sekupang, Harbour Bay, and Bengkong.
Travelers can complete the form up to three days before departure, either from their home country or at the airport. The app also allows users to pay for a visa on arrival, helping reduce queues and delays at entry points.
Antara News says that once the form is submitted, travelers will receive a QR code, which must be saved and presented at immigration or customs counters upon arrival in Indonesia.
Widiyanti emphasized that the app supports the government’s Tourism 5.0 digital transformation program, aimed at improving tourism through technology.
“This marks a new era for Indonesian tourism. Digital tools like this will help make our industry more efficient, sustainable, and globally competitive,” she said.
The form can also be completed online via

or by downloading the app from the App Store or Google Play.
According to Statistics Indonesia (BPS), 1.42 million foreign tourists visited the country in June 2025; an increase of 8.42 percent from May and 18.2 percent compared to June 2024. Most arrivals were through Bali’s Ngurah Rai Airport, with Australians comprising the largest group.
From January to June 2025, Indonesia welcomed 7.05 million international visitors. The top three source countries were Malaysia (16.7 percent), Singapore (13.0 percent), and Australia (10.9 percent), according to BPS.
