Mad About Comedy has announced more international comedy shows coming to Bali. On March 20th Canadian comedy star Ron Josol will take to the stage at Rosalita’s Cantina in Seminyak Square, and on May 7th Singaporean comedy legend Kumar will appear at the International Convention Centre in Kuta as part of his Kumarsutra World Tour.
Ron Josol is a hugely accomplished comedian who is well received in every corner of the world. As part of his amazing act, Ron stirs up the multi-cultural melting pot that mirrors life in most urban centres today.
He presents hilarious scenarios and comments on society’s inherent contradictions by combining “one-liner” and “story telling” styles. He regularly performs in Canada, the UK, Scandinavia, the Caribbean, Asia, the Middle east, Australia and the USA. Kumar is one of Southeast Asia’s most iconic and respected performing artists and a brilliant stand-up comedian. In the past two decades the Singapore native has proven to be a multi-talented performer, entertaining millions as a comedian, TV host, actor, dancer, director and author.
Widely known for poking fun at all things controversial, Kumar’s caustic remarks, based on everyday observations, leaving audiences howling with laughter. Kumarsutra is a culmination of this amazing performer’s talents in a show that integrates all the elements that have made Kumar famous.
